A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at help.pawsmischief@gmail.com with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing.

6. Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer a 30-day Pet Parent Guarantee. If your pet doesn’t love the item, contact us and we’ll make it right.

7. I ordered more than one item but only received one?
Some products ship from different warehouses. The rest of your order will arrive shortly.
