30-Day Pet Parent Guarantee
If your pet doesn’t love their new item, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us at help.pawsmischief@gmail.com with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind, we accept returns as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
